Confirmation of Booking Terms & Conditions

By signing the booking form you (the client) agree that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prices, Payments & Cancellations

Once quoted, prices are fixed unless the requirements change,

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure my services for the date of your wedding and once received, an acknowledgement and confirmation will be sent to you. Until your deposit is received then the requested date is not guaranteed. Your deposit is a payment on account against the final invoice for services provided.

The remainder of the outstanding cost shall be paid in stage payments as bellow.

* 50% of the remainder shall be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding, or before your trial date if provided first.

* Final amount shall be paid 1 week before your appointment date.

* All trials are recommended 6 weeks before your wedding, or to suit your requirements.

*If you wish to cancel our booking prior to your trial, your £50 deposit will be retained.

*Following your trial, you have 48 hours within which to cancel if you are not fully satisfied, after which both your deposit and trial monies will be retained.

*After this time, if you want to cancel our contract, the following costs apply and all cancellations must be received in writing.

*More than 12 weeks prior to the wedding: Loss of deposit and/or trial monies only.

*8 to 12 weeks prior to the wedding: 50% of the quoted or outstanding balance.

*4 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding: 75% of the quoted or outstanding balance.

*Less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding: 100% of the quoted or outstanding balance.

2. Duration of visit

Your hair and makeup trial will typically last around 2 hours – to include time for discussion and a chance to try a range of styles.

On your wedding day, depending on the number of people in your party, an appointment system may be used to ensure everything runs smoothly and the use of another artist may be advised – this will be at no extra cost to yourself.

3. Health & Safety

If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please let me know by the time of your trial, at the latest.

If any hair colour, lash/brow tinting or other applicable services are booked then a 48 hour strand /

patch test is needed to make sure there will be no adverse reactions.

4. Travelling

The prices quoted includes travel within a 4 mile radius of our salon address. Any venue outside of this area will incur an on location surcharge to be added to the final quotation.

5. Photos & Feedback

I request that you allow me to use your photographs in my portfolio, website and any other publicity material. Please let me know if you do not wish me to use these.

6. Liability Limitations

I accept no responsibility for damage to any of your wedding attire, unless through direct negligence.

8. Data Protection

Your details will be kept in my records, but will never be passed on or sold to any third party.
